The challenge
The Knight operates a real-estate platform for property management and tenancy operations. The founding team had a clear product vision but was spending too much capacity on hiring rather than building.
They needed a team that would learn the business, work alongside their founders, and stay long enough for the work to compound.
What we did
We assembled a dedicated team across fullstack engineering, backend, and design. The team operates as part of the client's organization — joining their standups, working from their roadmap, and reporting directly to their leadership.
The engagement runs on a monthly cadence with regular leadership check-ins. New scope is discussed openly; expansions happen when both sides agree the timing is right.
